WET CHOC CAKE
375 gm butter
600 gm caster sugar
6 eggs
600 gm water
500 gm self raising flour
50 gm choc powder
50 gm dark choc powder
2 tsb choc emulco
Cara :
1.Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
2.Add in egg one at a time, then fold in flour, choc and lastly water
3.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 40 - 45 minutes.
Topping :
200gm Choc Bar
50gm butter
5tsb milk

1. Masak secara double boiler

IKAN KERISI GORENG

AYAM MASAK JAWA
1 ekor ayam/burung puyuh
Cendawan butang (x de pun x pe)
15 biji cili padi(tumbuk)
5 ulas bawang merah(tumbuk)
2 ulas bawang putih(tumbuk)
1 biji bawang besar
sedikit halia(tumbuk)
2 batang serai(dititik)
2 biji limau kasturi
2 sudu bsr sos tomato
4 sudu bsr kicap
3 sudu sos tiram
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Cara:
1. Ayam digoreng terlebih dahulu.angkat dan toskan.
2. Tumiskan bhn yang telah ditumbuk,dan masukkan serai.
3. Setelah naik bau masukkan sos tomato.
4. Kemudian masukkan ayam yg telah digoreng tadi.
5. akhir sekali masukkan air perahan limau, bawang besar, kicap serta garam dan gula secukup rasa

1. Keringkan air ayam diatas dapur. Apabila telah keluar minyak terus masukkan semua bahan tumbuk kedalam periuk dan tambah air dan garam.
2. Renehkan sehingga mengelegak.

1 ekor ikan bawal/kerapu/siakap
Kunyit
Garam

Bahan Sos :
2 sudu plum sos
4 sudu sos tomato
4 sudu sos cili
2 sudu sos tiram
1 biji bawang besar (dadu)
Halia (hiris)
Bawang putih (cincang)
Nenas (dadu)
Timun (dadu)
Capsicum (dadu)
Carrot (dadu)
Garam & Gula
Cara :
1. Ikan yang telah dilumur dengan kunyit dan garam digoreng garing
2. Angkat dan toskan
3. Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia
4.Masukkan bahan2 sos
5.Masukkan sedikit air
6. Apabila telah pekat masukkan nenas, timun, carrot dan capsicum.
7.Tutup api dan curahkan kuah diatas ikan
